A High Court sitting in Abuja has dismissed a suit seeking to halt the implementation of President Bola Tinubu’s new tax laws, clearing the way for the reforms to take effect on January 1, 2026.
The court’s decision removes the last legal obstacle to the commencement of the tax regime, affirming that no sufficient grounds were established to stop its implementation.
