Real Estate Mogul Ewo Loses Father as Family Announces Burial Plans

The family of Mr. Ikechukwu Ewo, a renowned real estate mogul and contractor, has released the burial plans for their late patriarch, Chief Nnaemezie Vincent Ewo.

Chief Ewo, a respected community leader and retired employee of the Nigerian Railway Corporation, passed away on July 22, 2024, at the age of 92.

As announced by the family, the burial ceremonies will commence on Monday, January 6, 2025, with a Christian wake at his hometown, Evuazu, Obeleagu Umana, in Ezeagu Local Government Area. His remains will be interred on January 7, 2025, at his hometown in Evuazu, followed by a reception.

A thanksgiving mass will take place on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at Saint Peter Catholic Church, Obeleagu Umana, to honor Chief Ewo’s life and legacy.

Chief Ewo is survived by his wife and children, including Ikechukwu Ewo, Obiageli Ewo, Livinus Ewo, Evaristus Ewo, Uche Ewo, and numerous grandchildren. He was widely respected as the eldest man in his community, a role he held with dignity until his passing.
